Hello, my name’s Monica Wierzbicki.

My role as a biomedical illustrator is to create visual solutions to communicate complex, scientific and medical subjects. With a Master’s in Biomedical Visualization from one of five accredited universities in North America, I have a background in biology and medicine and possess an advanced and specialized skill set in illustration techniques and interactive technologies that enable me to create visually appealing, yet scientifically accurate works. Using visuals can help simplify scientific concepts and communicate ideas that can educate and inspire audiences when words cannot.
